Established over 10 years, Pares are both NICEIC and Gas Safe and Corgi approved Electrical and Gas installation and testing engineers, providing a fast comprehensive service including plumbing maintenance and technical facilities in Essex, London and the surrounding areas.

We offer a full range of services including 3 phase installation and testing, PAT (portable appliance testing), routine maintenance, periodic testing and reports, landlords domestic certification etc. We frequently work with architects, designers and other engineers, and have extensive experience of liaising with other consultants as part of a team. We have the management capability required for the co-ordination of long term projects. If required we can draw on the resources of specialist subcontractors for services such as wiring & precision engineering.

All of the work carried out by PARES is covered by a guarantee period and conforms to British Standard 7671. We are an approved and accredited contractor, and domestic installer, registered with the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC).
