Boiler Servicing & Installation

Boiler breakdowns can occur at the most inopportune times, causing damage and expense that can be prevented by having your boiler inspected and serviced regularly. Ideally, gas boilers and appliances should all be serviced annually. Warranties on new appliances often require you to have the appliance inspected within the first year of ownership.

Regular boiler servicing will also reduce the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning due to gas leaks, which cannot be detected by smell, and can cause death very quickly if not discovered.  

 

A boiler service includes:

• Visual examination of the appliance and its flue to confirm that it is    suitably located  and installed in accordance with regulations.
• Examination and cleaning of combustion chamber, fan, heat exchanger    burner etc.
• Examination and testing of appliance, flue, safety devices, controls and    components.
• Checking and adjusting burner pressure and gas rates.
• Confirming that the appliance is safe to operate.

Our Gas Safe and Corgi and Gas Safe Registered engineers will be able to detect and resolve small problems before they become large ones, thus extending the life of your boiler, and keeping your home safe.
